Job Description:
Owens & Minor is seeking a dedicated and independent Customer Service Specialist to join our team in San Diego, California, in a part-time work-from-home position. As an Associate Level employee with at least 4 years of experience in customer service, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer support to our clients.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner. 2. Assist customers with order placement, product information, and issue resolution. 3. Process returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policies and procedures. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system. 5. Collaborate with other team members to improve customer service processes and procedures. 6. Work on special projects and initiatives as assigned by management. 7. Uphold the company's values of teamwork and project management in all customer interactions.
Requirements: 1. At least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently. 3. Proficiency in using CRM systems and other customer service tools. 4. Excellent problem-solving skills and a positive attitude when handling difficult situations. 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. 6. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required. 7. Must have a dedicated home office space with a reliable internet connection.
