Job Description - Customer Service Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:


Apple is seeking a reliable and dedicated Customer Service Specialist to work from home in Chicago, Illinois. As an Entry Level position, no specific years of experience are required, but at least 1 year of customer service experience is preferred. The ideal candidate will possess excellent presentation and persuasion skills to effectively communicate with customers and resolve their issues.


Responsibilities: 1. Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide product information, troubleshoot technical issues, and assist with order processing. 3. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members for resolution. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer satisfaction and retention. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.


Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software. 5. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 6. Must have access to a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace at home.
