Customer Success Assistant

Job Description:

As a Customer Success Assistant at Waste Management in Fort Worth, Texas, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the success of our clients. This part-time Associate Level position requires at least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role. The ideal candidate will be confident, reliable, possess emotional intelligence, and thrive in a cooperative work environment.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with customers via phone, email, and in-person to provide assistance and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner. - Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. - Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate solutions to customer needs. - Track and report on customer interactions and feedback to improve overall service. - Provide support for sales and marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to constantly improve customer experience.

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. - 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Confidence, reliability, emotional intelligence, and cooperation.
