Anixter International is seeking a part-time Customer Success Assistant to join our team in Houston, Texas. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role and possess a strong sense of motivation and dedication.
Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients through various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner - Collaborate with sales and account management teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services - Utilize persuasion skills to encourage customer retention and loyalty - Assist with onboarding new customers and providing training and guidance on the use of our products and services - Handle customer complaints and escalations with professionalism and efficiency
Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a customer service or customer success role - Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with customers and colleagues - Strong persuasion skills to drive customer engagement and retention - Motivated and dedicated individual who is committed to providing top-notch customer service - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems - High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is a plus
