Job Description - Customer Success Assistant

Job description:


Freeport-McMoRan is seeking a part-time Customer Success Assistant to join our team in Denver, Colorado. The ideal candidate for this Associate Level position will have at least 4 years of experience and possess a confident and passionate personality. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong innovation and strategic planning skills.


Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for customers, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any inquiries or issues in a timely and professional manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and success with our products and services - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing customers - Assist in developing and implementing customer success strategies to drive retention and growth - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Participate in regular team meetings and provide input on ways to enhance the customer experience


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred - 4+ years of experience in customer service or sales roles - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems - Confidence and passion for delivering exceptional customer service - Proven ability to think innovatively and strategically
