Job Description - Customer Success Assistant

Job Description:


Visteon is seeking a driven and adaptable Customer Success Assistant to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. As a key member of our Customer Success team, you will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our clients. This is a part-time Associate Level position with a minimum requirement of 2 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have - Monitor client accounts and proactively identify opportunities to enhance their experience - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide solutions in a timely manner - Assist in the onboarding of new clients and provide training on our products and services - Track customer feedback and communicate insights to the rest of the team - Contribute to the development of customer success strategies and initiatives


Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a customer success or client-facing role - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment - Proven ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Innovation mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
