Job Description - Customer Success Assistant

Job Description: LifePoint Health is seeking a part-time Customer Success Assistant to join our team in San Jose, California. The ideal candidate for this Associate Level position will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. As a Customer Success Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our customers.


Responsibilities: - Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions - Assist customers with onboarding, training, and support services - Monitor and track customer satisfaction and proactively address any issues - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of products and services - Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Assist in the development and implementation of customer success strategies - Provide feedback to internal teams based on customer interactions


Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to adapt to change and respond resiliently in a fast-paced environment - Attention to detail and strong organizational skills - Strategic planning skills to anticipate customer needs and deliver solutions proactively - Experience using customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
