Remote Customer Success Assistant

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Remote Customer Success Assistant to join our team at Ford Motor in Dallas, Texas. This part-time, entry-level position is perfect for someone who is resourceful, passionate, and eager to make a difference in the customer experience.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide top-notch customer service and support - Assist customers with inquiries, product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution - Collaborate with the customer success team to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience - Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and feedback - Assist in coordinating customer events and promotions - Work remotely with a high level of autonomy and self-discipline

Requirements: - Strong attention to detail and excellent people management skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and changing environment - Strong communication and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow - No prior experience required
