Job Description:

This position will be remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home in San Jose, California. The role is part-time at the associate level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service through various channels such as phone, email, and online chat. 2. Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, and issue resolution. 3. Proactively reach out to customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns they may have. 4.
