Job Description:
IBM is seeking a Remote Customer Success Associate to join our team in Jacksonville, Florida. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or related field. The successful candidate will possess traits such as energy and a strong work ethic, as well as soft skills including creativity and research abilities.
Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers to ensure they are satisfied with our products and services. 2. Provide support and assistance to customers through various communication channels, such as email, phone, and chat. 3. Proactively identify customer needs and offer solutions to enhance their experience. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction. 5. Track and analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 6. Assist in developing and implementing customer success strategies to drive retention and growth. 7. Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent the company in a positive light.
Requirements: 1. 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Energetic and hardworking personality traits. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Creativity and research skills. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
