Customer Success Associate

Nextdoor is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Customer Success Associate to join our team in New York City, New York. As a part-time position with an entry-level seniority, this role is perfect for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role. We are looking for someone who is confident in their abilities and possesses strong communication and strategic planning skills.

Responsibilities: - Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their success and satisfaction with Nextdoor's platform - Provide timely and effective support to customers via email, phone, and online chat - Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling - Monitor customer feedback and communicate insights to the product development team for continuous improvement - Assist in the onboarding of new customers and provide training and guidance as needed - Conduct regular check-ins with customers to address any issues and ensure their ongoing success - Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement customer success strategies - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong strategic planning abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
