Remote Customer Success Associate

Job Description: We are looking for a passionate and driven Remote Customer Success Associate to join our team at Netskope. As a leading cybersecurity company based in San Jose, California, we are dedicated to helping businesses secure their digital environments and protect sensitive data. This is a part-time Associate Level position with a requirement of at least 3 years of experience.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and success with our products - Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, and online chat - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues and escalate when necessary - Assist in onboarding new customers and training them on how to effectively utilize our products - Proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services - Gather feedback from customers to contribute to product improvements and enhancements

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a customer success or customer service role - Passionate about helping customers succeed and achieve their goals - Driven to exceed customer expectations and deliver exceptional service - Adaptability to handle a variety of customer situations and resolve issues effectively - Strong strategic planning skills to identify opportunities for customer growth and retention
