Job Description:
As a Customer Success Associate at Xerox in San Antonio, Texas, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction and success of our customers. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires at least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
Responsibilities: - Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide effective solutions - Proactively manage customer accounts to ensure they are getting the most out of our products and services - Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling to increase customer satisfaction and revenue - Address customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience - Develop and deliver presentations to educate customers on new features or offerings - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement - Meet and exceed customer retention and satisfaction goals set by the company
Requirements: - Hardworking and passionate about providing excellent customer service - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet - Excellent presentation skills to effectively communicate with customers - Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a technology or software company - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
