Job Description:
Auto-Owners Insurance is seeking a Remote Customer Success Associate to join our team in San Francisco, California. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or sales role. As a Customer Success Associate, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to resolve any issues or inquiries they may have 2. Proactively reach out to customers to ensure they are satisfied with their experience and offer additional support or services as needed 3. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and provide feedback for product improvements 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the company CRM system 5. Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products to existing customers 6. Assist with onboarding new customers and providing training on our services 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices for customer success
Requirements: 1. Confident and reliable with excellent communication skills 2. Demonstrated leadership abilities and strong critical thinking skills 3. 2+ years of experience in a customer service or sales role 4. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems 6. Bachelor's degree preferred
