Job Description - Customer Success Associate

AECOM is seeking a part-time Customer Success Associate to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be confident, energetic, possess emotional intelligence, and demonstrate adaptability.


Responsibilities: 1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. 2. Proactively reach out to customers to gather feedback and address any issues or concerns. 3. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services. 4. Provide product demonstrations and training to customers to increase their understanding and usage of our offerings. 5. Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement. 6. Assist with onboarding new customers and ensuring a smooth transition to our platform. 7. Work closely with internal teams to communicate customer needs and help drive product development.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred. 2. 3+ years of experience in customer service or a related field. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong problem-solving abilities. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or events.
