Job Description:
We are seeking a part-time Customer Success Associate to join our team at Coca-Cola in Fort Worth, Texas. As a Customer Success Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and retention by providing exceptional service and support to our clients. This position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or related role.
Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences - Serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing any inquiries or issues in a timely and professional manner - Proactively reach out to customers to ensure satisfaction with our products and services - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer retention and loyalty - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Provide regular reports on customer satisfaction and retention metrics to management
Requirements: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Resilient and able to handle challenging situations with confidence - Proficient in negotiation and creative problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
