Job Description - Customer Success Associate

Job Description:


Amazon.com is seeking a part-time Customer Success Associate to join our team in Seattle, Washington. As an Entry Level Customer Success Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our customers by providing exceptional service and support.


Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to resolve inquiries, provide product information, and address any issues or concerns. 2. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and escalations. 3. Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retention. 4. Assist with customer onboarding, training, and product demonstrations. 5. Provide feedback and insights to help improve our products and services. 6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the company database. 7. Continuously seek ways to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.


Requirements: 1. Independent and resourceful with the ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks effectively. 2. Strong persuasion skills and the ability to creatively problem-solve. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. High school diploma or equivalent. 5. No prior experience required, training will be provided. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is a plus.
