Job Description:
We are seeking a part-time Customer Success Manager to join our team at Rivian in Houston, Texas. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 8 years of experience, you will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our customers through proactive engagement and support.
Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and goals - Develop and implement customer success strategies to drive retention and growth - Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience - Handle customer inquiries, issues, and escalations in a timely and professional manner - Monitor customer usage and engagement to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling - Conduct regular check-ins and reviews with customers to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement - Provide training and onboarding support to customers to maximize their use of our product or service - Analyze customer data and metrics to track performance and success metrics - Drive customer advocacy and referrals through exceptional service and relationship-building
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Proven experience in customer success or account management roles - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Confident and hardworking attitude - Strong negotiation and cooperation skills
