Job Description - Customer Success Manager

Job Description:


Essendant is seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team in San Francisco, California. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients to ensure their success and satisfaction with our products and services.


Responsibilities: - Build and maintain relationships with key clients to ensure their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded - Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance on how they can best utilize our products and services to achieve their business goals - Coordinate with internal teams to address any client issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner - Monitor client usage and engagement with our products, identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services - Gather and analyze feedback from clients to identify trends and areas for improvement - Develop and implement strategies to increase customer retention and loyalty - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop targeted customer success initiatives - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer success management


Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in a customer success or account management role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Confident and dedicated personality - Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships - Experience with decision-making and strategic planning - Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field - Ability to thrive in an environment that embraces and navigates change seamlessly
