Job Description - Customer Success Manager

Job Description:


Xcel Energy is seeking a part-time Customer Success Manager to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 5 years of experience in customer success or a related field. The ideal candidate will be resilient, passionate, creative, and persuasive.


Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner - Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive engagement and retention - Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies for improving customer satisfaction and loyalty - Provide feedback to product development teams based on customer insights - Implement processes and systems to scale and optimize customer success operations - Continuously monitor and track customer satisfaction metrics to ensure goals are met


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or similar roles - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to think creatively and problem-solve effectively - Experience using data to inform decisions and drive strategic initiatives - Passion for delivering exceptional customer service - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Willingness to travel occasionally as needed
