Remote Customer Success Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and adaptable Remote Customer Success Manager to join our team at AK Steel Holding in San Diego, California. As a part-time role, this position is ideal for individuals with mid-to-senior level experience in customer success or a related field, with at least 6 years of experience.

Responsibilities: - Manage a portfolio of remote clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success with our products and services - Develop strong relationships with customers through regular communication and personalized support - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to increase revenue and customer value - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and resolve any issues in a timely manner - Analyze customer data and feedback to continuously improve service delivery and customer experience - Provide training and guidance to customers on using our products effectively - Monitor and track key performance metrics to evaluate customer success and retention rates

Requirements: - 6+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field - Excellent communication and persuasion skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and a cooperative mindset - Ability to work independently and remotely, while still being a team player - Comfortable with using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
