Job Description - Customer Success Manager

Job Description:


Xcel Energy is seeking a part-time Customer Success Manager to join our team in Chicago, Illinois. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 8 years of experience, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers have a positive experience and are successful in achieving their goals with our products and services.


Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions - Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, issues, and escalations - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and ensure timely resolution - Develop and implement customer success strategies to drive engagement and retention - Analyze customer data to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling - Conduct regular check-ins and account reviews to assess customer satisfaction and gather feedback - Provide training and support to customers to maximize their use of our products and services - Create and deliver customer success presentations and reports to senior management


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Proven track record of success in customer success or account management roles - Energetic and dedicated personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent negotiation and critical thinking skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Experience working with CRM software and other customer success tools - Knowledge of the energy industry is a plus
