Job Description - Customer Success Manager

Job Description:


Kraft Heinz is seeking a part-time Customer Success Manager to join our team in Austin, Texas. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 8 years of experience, the ideal candidate will be energetic, motivated, and possess strong planning and people management skills.


Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention. 2. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to customers. 4. Develop and implement strategies to increase customer engagement and loyalty. 5. Analyze customer data and feedback to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth. 6. Provide regular reports to management on customer satisfaction metrics and key performance indicators. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve customer success initiatives.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2. Proven experience in customer success or account management roles. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 5. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. 6. Experience working with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals. 7. Availability to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events. 8. Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus.
