Job Description - Remote Customer Success Manager

Job Description:


EMC is seeking a Remote Customer Success Manager to join our team based in Seattle, Washington. This part-time position will require an individual with at least 5 years of experience in customer success or related fields.


Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and retention. - Understand customer needs and goals to provide tailored solutions and support. - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and improve their overall experience. - Develop and implement strategic plans to drive customer success and exceed expectations. - Monitor customer health metrics and take proactive measures to prevent churn. - Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services.


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field. - Proven track record of at least 5 years in customer success or account management. - Driven and motivated personality traits to meet and exceed customer expectations. - Strong strategic planning and problem-solving skills to address customer needs effectively. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers. - Ability to work independently and remotely, with self-discipline and time management skills.
