Job Description - Customer Success Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


BB&T Corp. is seeking a talented and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team. This is a part-time position based in Chicago, Illinois, with the flexibility to work from home. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in customer success management and will be able to work at a mid-to-senior level.


Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships - Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and effective manner - Develop and implement strategies to help customers succeed with our products and services - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and issues are resolved promptly - Monitor customer usage and behavior, providing insights and recommendations to drive customer satisfaction and retention - Track and analyze key metrics to measure customer success and identify opportunities for improvement


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - 7+ years of experience in customer success management or a related field - Energetic and resourceful personality traits - Strong time management and organizational skills - Innovative problem-solving abilities - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and remotely - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
