Job Description - Customer Success Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


Omnicom Group, a leading global marketing and corporate communications company, is seeking a part-time Customer Success Manager to work from home in Chicago, Illinois. This Associate Level position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in customer success or a related field.


Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and success with our products and services - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Develop customized success plans for each client to help them achieve their goals and maximize their use of our products - Monitor client usage data to identify trends and opportunities for additional services or upsells - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience and resolve any issues that may arise - Conduct regular check-ins and customer meetings to provide updates and gather feedback - Develop and deliver presentations or training sessions to educate clients on product features and best practices - Track key metrics related to client satisfaction, retention, and expansion opportunities


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field - 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role - Strong motivation to exceed client expectations and drive successful outcomes - Adaptability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment - Excellent presentation skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients at all levels - Exceptional time management and organization skills to juggle multiple client accounts - Proficiency in CRM software and other customer success tools - Ability to work independently and take ownership of client relationships
