Customer Success Officer

FirstEnergy is seeking a part-time Customer Success Officer to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or related role.

Responsibilities: - Build strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention - Provide support and guidance to customers on product or service inquiries - Monitor customer accounts and proactively address any issues that may arise - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement - Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements: - Resilient and adaptable personality traits - Strong decision-making and teamwork skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Experience with customer relationship management software is a plus
