Job Description:
TIAA is seeking a part-time Customer Success Officer to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 1 year of experience who are resilient and driven. The ideal candidate will possess strong decision-making and critical thinking skills.
Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their success and satisfaction with our products and services. 2. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to increase revenue and customer retention. 3. Analyze customer data to track and measure customer success metrics and identify areas for improvement. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues and provide solutions in a timely manner. 5. Develop and implement customer success strategies to drive customer engagement and loyalty. 6. Conduct regular check-ins with customers to gather feedback and address any concerns. 7. Assist with customer onboarding and training to ensure a smooth transition to our products and services.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software. 5. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. 6. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks. 7. Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus.
