Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and adaptable Customer Success Officer to join our team at Genuine Parts in San Diego, California. As a Customer Success Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our customers. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs, provide assistance, and build strong relationships to enhance their overall experience with our company.


Responsibilities: - Proactively reach out to customers to provide support, answer inquiries, and address any issues or concerns - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer requests - Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement - Develop and implement customer success strategies to increase retention and satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to customers - Contribute to the development of customer success policies and procedures - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer success


Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role - Strong emotional intelligence and cooperation skills - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven track record of building and maintaining customer relationships - Experience with CRM software is a plus - Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
