Job Description - Remote Customer Success Officer

Job Description:


We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Remote Customer Success Officer at CarMax in Seattle, Washington. As a part-time Associate Level position, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering strong relationships with existing clients. The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role and possess the personality traits of confidence and reliability.


Responsibilities: 1. Develop and maintain relationships with clients through regular communication via phone, email, and video conferencing. 2. Address customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely and professional manner. 3. Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to existing customers. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction. 5. Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the company's CRM system. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer success to continuously improve service delivery.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred. 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or customer success roles. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to make decisions quickly and adapt to changing circumstances. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Experience with remote work and virtual communication tools preferred.
