Job Description:
Rite Aid is seeking a part-time Customer Success Officer to join our team in Chicago, Illinois. As a Customer Success Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the satisfaction and success of our customers through proactive communication and problem-solving. This role is crucial in maintaining and growing our customer base, as well as fostering long-lasting relationships with our clients.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing any questions, concerns, or issues they may have in a timely manner - Proactively reach out to customers to ensure their needs are being met and to gather feedback on their experience with our products and services - Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development teams to provide insights and feedback from customers - Develop and implement strategies to increase customer retention and satisfaction - Monitor customer usage data and trends to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling - Create and maintain customer success documentation and resources - Provide training and onboarding support for new customers - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer success
Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer-facing role - Resourceful and adaptable with the ability to think on your feet - Strong critical thinking skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven track record of driving customer success and satisfaction - Experience with CRM software and customer success tools - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
