Job Description:
Occidental Petroleum is seeking a part-time Remote Customer Success Officer to join our team in Los Angeles, California. As a Customer Success Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the satisfaction and success of our customers by providing excellent support and service. This role is perfect for an individual who is confident, hardworking, and enjoys working with people.
Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and goals. 2. Provide excellent customer support through various channels such as email, phone, and chat. 3. Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products or services to customers. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience. 5. Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and implement solutions to improve customer satisfaction. 6. Develop and implement customer success strategies to drive retention and growth. 7. Meet and exceed customer success targets and KPIs. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer success.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field. 3. Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 5. Innovation and creativity in finding solutions to customer challenges. 6. Experience in people management and team leadership. 7. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite. 8. Willingness to work remotely and independently.
