Customer Success Representative

Job Description:

Penske Automotive Group in Chicago, Illinois is seeking a part-time Customer Success Representative to join our team. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate will be reliable, energetic, and possess strong negotiation and strategic planning skills.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for all customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty - Proactively reach out to customers to offer assistance and support - Collaborate with other team members to address customer issues in a timely and efficient manner - Assist with sales transactions and provide product information to customers - Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement

Requirements: - 1 year of customer service experience - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong negotiation and strategic planning abilities - Reliable and energetic personality traits - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
