Customer Success Representative

Job Description:

HP is seeking a part-time Customer Success Representative to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. As a Customer Success Representative at HP, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and ensure they are receiving the best possible service and support.

Responsibilities: - Proactively reach out to customers to ensure satisfaction with HP products and services - Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and improve overall customer experience - Provide product demonstrations and training to customers as needed - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell HP products and services - Assist customers with product returns, exchanges, and warranty claims - Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the company database - Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in customer success

Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Driven and motivated personality traits - Strong time management and negotiation skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
