Customer Success Representative

Job Description:

Mercedes-Benz is seeking a part-time Customer Success Representative to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. As an entry-level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 1 year of experience and who possess the following personality traits: independence and reliability. Strong soft skills in strategic planning and communication are also essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction with Mercedes-Benz products and services - Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and in-person meetings - Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer experience and drive customer retention - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely manner - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system - Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role - Independent and reliable personality traits - Strong soft skills in strategic planning and communication - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
