Job Description - Remote Customer Success Representative

As a Remote Customer Success Representative at LifePoint Health, based in Charlotte, North Carolina, you will play a crucial role in maintaining strong relationships with our clients and ensuring their overall satisfaction with our products and services. This part-time entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are adaptable, driven, and possess excellent problem-solving skills with great attention to detail.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage a portfolio of clients, building and maintaining strong relationships through regular communication and check-ins. 2. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any questions, concerns, or issues that may arise in a timely and professional manner. 3. Provide product demonstrations and training sessions to clients, ensuring they are utilizing our products to their fullest potential. 4. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services to existing clients. 5. Monitor client satisfaction and gather feedback to continuously improve our products and services. 6. Assist in resolving any technical issues or challenges that clients may encounter, escalating to the appropriate team member as needed.


Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey complex information. 2. Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail. 3. Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively. 4. High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred. 5. No prior experience required, but a strong willingness to learn and grow in the role. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
