Job Description:
Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking a part-time Remote Customer Success Representative to join our team in Austin, Texas. As an Associate-level professional with at least 3 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients remotely.
Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. 2. Build strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and provide solutions that meet their goals. 4. Utilize critical thinking skills to analyze customer data and feedback to drive strategic initiatives. 5. Develop leadership qualities to lead customer success projects and initiatives. 6. Leverage data to inform decisions and drive strategic initiatives. 7. Handle customer escalations and provide resolutions in a timely manner. 8. Monitor customer accounts and proactively identify opportunities to improve their experience.
Requirements: 1. Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. 2. Adaptable to changing customer needs and business objectives. 3. Strong critical thinking skills. 4. Demonstrated leadership qualities. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 6. Experience in customer service or related fields. 7. Ability to work remotely and independently. 8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
