Job Description - Customer Success Specialist


Job Description:


We are seeking a Customer Success Specialist to join our team at Jabil Circuit in Columbus, Ohio. As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers' satisfaction and success with our products and services. You will serve as the main point of contact for customers, assisting them with any inquiries, issues, or concerns they may have. This role requires a high level of resourcefulness, independence, planning, and communication skills.


Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and goals - Provide exceptional customer service and support through various channels such as phone, email, and chat - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and ensure satisfaction - Gather customer feedback and insights to drive product improvements - Educate customers on product features and functionalities - Monitor customer usage and engagement metrics to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling - Conduct regular check-ins with customers to ensure they are achieving their desired outcomes - Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
