Job Description - Customer Success Specialist

Job Description:


As a Customer Success Specialist at INTL FCStone in New York City, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients to ensure their overall satisfaction and success. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role.


Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their questions, concerns, and needs in a timely and effective manner - Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide personalized solutions to clients - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding, training, and ongoing support for clients - Monitor and analyze client usage and satisfaction to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling - Proactively reach out to clients to gather feedback, address issues, and identify ways to improve their experience - Assist in the development of customer success processes and strategies to enhance overall client retention and satisfaction


Requirements: - Energetic and adaptable personality traits - Strong soft skills in creativity and analysis - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven track record of building strong, long-lasting customer relationships - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively - Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
