Job Description - Customer Success Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:


CenterPoint Energy is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to work from home in San Francisco, California. This part-time position at the Associate level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, adaptable, and possess strong project management and planning skills.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. 2. Understand and effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers. 3. Proactively reach out to customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any issues or concerns. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer inquiries and provide feedback for product improvements. 5. Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and make recommendations for enhancing the customer experience. 6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to promote customer loyalty and retention. 7. Meet and exceed customer satisfaction and retention goals set by the company.


Requirements: 1. A minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong project management and planning skills. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment. 5. Proficiency in using customer service software and tools. 6. Bachelor's degree preferred.
