Job Description:
Live Nation Entertainment is currently seeking a part-time Customer Success Specialist to work from home in Seattle, Washington. As an Associate-level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. We are looking for a reliable and passionate individual who possesses strong communication skills and emotional intelligence.
Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional support and resolving any issues or concerns in a timely manner - Proactively engage with customers to ensure their needs are being met and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling - Collaborate with internal teams to communicate customer feedback and advocate for product improvements - Assist in onboarding new customers and provide training and support as needed - Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and continuously look for ways to improve the overall customer experience
Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence - Reliable and passionate about providing excellent customer service - Ability to work independently and remotely in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
