Remote Customer Support Assistant

Job Description:

United Continental Holdings is seeking a dedicated and motivated Remote Customer Support Assistant to join our team in San Francisco, California. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level with at least 3 years of experience.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with inquiries, requests, and issue resolution - Update customer accounts and details accurately - Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service - Handle escalated customer concerns and provide timely and effective solutions - Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience - Regularly update knowledge base and customer support resources

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Innovative mindset and ability to present ideas effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support software - Ability to work independently and remotely - High attention to detail and accuracy - Flexibility to work varied hours, including nights and weekends
