Job Description:
Anthem is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Customer Support Assistant to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Customer Support Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and chat. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a customer service role and possess excellent decision-making and time management skills.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner. 2. Provide product information and assistance to customers. 3. Process orders and returns accurately. 4. Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction. 5. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Assist with general administrative tasks as needed. 7. Utilize company resources to resolve customer issues effectively. 8. Uphold company policies and procedures in all customer interactions.
Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. At least 3 years of experience in customer service. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong decision-making abilities. 5. Exceptional time management skills. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. 8. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies. 9. Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
