Job Description - Customer Support Associate

Job Description:


As a Customer Support Associate at Celgene in Washington, D.C., you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support roles.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels - Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and efficient manner - Process orders, returns, and refunds accurately - Collaborate with other team members to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Provide product and service information to customers as needed


Requirements: - Energetic and resilient personality traits - Strong project management and people management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed
