Job Description - Customer Support Associate

Job Description:


Parker-Hannifin, a leading company in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a part-time Customer Support Associate to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer support and possess an energetic and confident personality.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer support through phone, email, and chat channels. 2. Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, and issue resolution. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate responses to customer queries. 4. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Contribute to ongoing projects and initiatives to improve customer support processes. 6. Use project management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines. 7. Deliver presentations to customers and internal stakeholders as needed.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Energetic personality with a confident demeanor. 6. Presentation skills and project management experience. 7. Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
