Customer Support Associate

Job Description:

Cardinal Health is seeking a dedicated and resilient Customer Support Associate to join our team in Washington, D.C. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer support or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service and support through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat. 2. Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a professional and timely manner. 3. Manage customer accounts, update information, and process orders accurately. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and escalations. 5. Maintain a positive and helpful attitude while adhering to company policies and procedures. 6. Assist in training new team members and providing mentorship as needed.

Requirements: 1. Strong people management skills and the ability to adapt to different customer personalities. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 5. Prior experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
