Remote Customer Support Associate

Job Description:

Host Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Remote Customer Support Associate to join our team in San Francisco, California. As a part-time associate at the Associate Level with at least 2 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer support to our clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries and concerns via email, phone, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Providing product information, troubleshooting technical issues, and processing customer orders. 3. Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 4. Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and resolving customer complaints effectively. 5. Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements: 1. Energetic and dedicated personality traits with a positive attitude. 2. Strong cooperation and communication skills. 3. Previous customer service experience preferred. 4. Ability to work well in a remote team environment. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
