Job Description - Customer Support Manager

Job Description:


We are looking for a passionate and energetic Customer Support Manager to join our team at Foot Locker in Chicago, Illinois. As a part-time Associate Level position, you will be responsible for managing the customer support team and ensuring excellent service to our valued customers. With at least 5 years of experience in a customer support role, you will have the opportunity to shape and improve the way we interact with customers.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of customer support representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality customer service. 2. Develop and implement strategic plans to improve customer support processes and efficiency. 3. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues in a timely and effective manner. 4. Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. 5. Collaborate with other departments to streamline communication and ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Conduct regular training sessions for the customer support team to enhance their skills and knowledge. 7. Monitor key performance indicators and metrics to track team performance and identify areas of improvement. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support to maintain a competitive edge.


Requirements: 1. 5 years of experience in a customer support role. 2. Strong leadership and communication skills. 3. Ability to think critically and strategically. 4. Passion for providing exceptional customer service. 5. Energetic and motivated attitude. 6. Visa sponsorship available. 7. Paid sick leave. 8. Retirement plan.
