Job Description:
Oneok is seeking a part-time Customer Support Manager to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position with a minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar role, the Customer Support Manager will be responsible for overseeing the customer support team to ensure exceptional service delivery to our clients.
Responsibilities: - Manage and lead a team of customer support representatives - Develop and implement customer service procedures and policies - Monitor team performance and provide feedback for improvement - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify areas for improvement - Train and onboard new customer support team members - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field - Minimum of 6 years of experience in customer support or a related field - Energetic and driven personality - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong persuasion and emotional intelligence - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
