Customer Support Manager - Work from home

Job Description:

DraftKings is seeking a dedicated and resilient Customer Support Manager to work from home in Charlotte, North Carolina. This part-time position is ideal for someone at a mid-to-senior level with at least 6 years of experience in customer service or support.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of customer support representatives and ensure they provide exceptional service to customers. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention. 3. Analyze customer support data to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvements. 4. Handle escalated customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution. 5. Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve overall customer experience. 6. Train and onboard new customer support team members. 7. Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.

Requirements: 1. 6+ years of experience in customer service or support. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to lead and motivate a team. 4. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting. 5. Experience working remotely and managing remote teams. 6. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
